CDFC2520-8040 Magnetischer Dichtungsinduktor

Der magnetische Dichtungsinduktor CDFC2520-8040 ist eine Art Chip-geschirmter Induktor mit magnetischer Klebedichtung. Auf diese Weise kann der Piepton effektiv reduziert werden. Darüber hinaus kann die Elektrode auf dem Ferritkern die Schlagfestigkeit des magnetisch abdichtenden Klebepflaster-Induktors verbessern.
Produktbeschreibung

1.   Produkteinführung von  CDFC2520-8040 magnetischer Dichtungsinduktor

Der magnetische Dichtungsinduktor CDFC2520-8040 ist eine verbesserte Version des Chip-Induktors. Ein Teil der Spule herkömmlicher Chip-Induktoren liegt frei, während der magnetische Dichtungsinduktor CDFC2520-8040 mit Klebstoff versiegelt wurde. Der Kleber ist magnetisch und hat eine abschirmende Wirkung. Somit kann der magnetische Dichtungsinduktor CDFC2520-8040 ein Magnetfeld erzeugen.

 

Im Vergleich zu  herkömmlichen Chip-Induktivitäten gleicher Größe ist der Gleichstromwiderstand kleiner. Um den gleichen Induktivitätswert zu erreichen, ist der Windungsbedarf des CDFC2520-8040-Induktors mit magnetischer Dichtung  relativ geringer.
